Unlimited use databases are each custom built from the Directory of Top Computer Executives database, based on each clients demographic target market requirements. A variety of IT and organization specific demographic characteristics can be used to create a database to fit your specific marketing needs. Settle for nothing less than EXACTLY what you need.

ACR takes the time to discuss each clients database needs, and converts general demographic requests into an IT specific target market demographic profile. Databases are created using any combination or IT organization size, user community size, types of systems, organization size, geographic territory, vertical market, Fortune 1000, InformationWeek 500, or Canada Post 500 listed.

Below are examples of some options available for creating unlimited use marketing databases, mailing lists, and telemarketing lists. Following the examples is a database and marketing list price summary.

Billion Dollar Equivalent Organizations - Sites with $1 billion in revenue or listed on the Fortune 1000 or with 3000+ PCs or with 120+ IT Employees. Includes approximately 4,000 sites and 11,000 names.

Largest U.S. IT Organizations - Sites listed on the Fortune 1000 or InformationWeek 500 or with 30 plus IT employees or 750 plus PCs or with an IBM/Compatible mainframe. Includes approximately 10,000 sites and 30,000 names.

Unix Users - Includes sites using pSeries, RS/6000, Sun, H-P 9000, Alpha servers as well as any organizations indicating any use of Unix. Includes approximately 11,000 sites and 28,000 names.

IBM/Compatible Mainframes - Sites with zSeries, ES/9xxx, or other mainframes. Includes approximately 2,700 sites and 9,000 names.

iSeries and AS/400 - Includes just that. Includes approximately 5,500 sites and 10,000 names.

Financial Markets - Sites in banking, insurance, and diversified finance markets. Includes approximately 2,000 sites and 4,000 names.

Price Summary

One-year License Including Unlimited Updates:
There is a minimum order of 1,000 sites. Each listing includes all data and the top IT executive. The second level managers can be added at the rate of $.25 per name, and can be specified by job function.
Prices are tiered:
Up to 2,500 sites - $.85 per site, including the top IT executive.
2,501-4,999 sites - $.75 per site, including the top IT executive.
5,000 + sites - $.60 per site, including the top IT executive.

Lifetime License - Updates Included for One Year:
There is a minimum order of 500 sites. Each listing includes all data and the top IT executive. The second level managers can be added at the rate of $.40 per name, and can be specified by job function.
Prices are tiered:
Up to 2,500 sites - $1.25 per site, including the top IT execs.
2,501-4,999 sites - $1.10 per site, including the top IT execs.
5,000 + sites - $.95 per site, including the top IT execs.

One-time Use Mailing List:
Minimum order of 3,000 names.
Base price is $235 per thousand names.
Special selections are $10 each, per thousand names.
Add phone numbers for telemarketing follow up is $55 per thousand names.

Minimum order of 3,000 names.
Base price is $250 per thousand names.
Special selections are $10 each, per thousand names.
Each additional special selection is $10 per thousand names.
